SUNRISE AT THE BEACH WORDLESS WEDNESDAY
SUNRISE AT THE BEACH
WORDLESS WEDNESDAY
On the way to work the other day, hubby took a little detour so we could watch the sunrise at the beach. It was so gorgeous that I wanted to share the beauty with you.
The beauty of the sunrise
Why is a jelly fish here now?? They usually appear in the super hot weather.
The Olive Shell is South Carolina’s State shell and there were quite a few around the beach.
One lone Brown Pelican was checking out the shore and a few sea gulls before taking flight into the beautiful sky.
The sun has risen, the tide is rising and the gulls are flying. Time to head to work. I hope you enjoyed the sunrise in Cherry Grove, South Carolina. All these photos were taken with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and no editing was done. Thanks for visiting our sunrise at the beach for Wordless Wednesday.
Oh wow, those photos are breathtaking. Your smartphone captures great photos.
Thanks Sandy. I love photography and even though I have a anon 35mm DSL, I still love the photos I get from my phone. Thanks for walking along the beach!
What a beautiful sunrise. We live by the sea in Copenhagen, and also enjoy witnessing the Sun while it rises over the city.
Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Corina, you must have beautiful views in Copenhagen! It’s so beautiful to watch God’s work as I watch the sun rise. BTW, I love your blog, the Dress is so colorful! Thanks for stopping by to watch the sunrise!
These photos are gorgeous!! Mother Nature never ceases to amaze me. Thank you for taking a detour, taking those pics and sharing the beauty here!!
I love taking nature photos Fatima. It was so beautiful watching the different stages of the sun rising and see the reflection of the ocean. For a few short minutes, my mind blanked out of all the hustle and bustle and I just enjoyed God’s and Mother Nature’s work. Thanks for watching our sun rise!
Beautiful photos. I enjoy gazing at the sunrise, especially the sunset. I’m sooo obsessed with it lol I also like taking spontaneous drives. Im sure it was a good start to your day. Thanks for sharing
This was a well worth getting to work late morning Shevy. I told hubby we need to do stop more often. I’ll have to take the sunset on my next venture. Thanks for visiting our sunrise.
what wonderful pictures, thank you for sharing! How beautiful! My name is Brandy and im new to the blogging community, its nice to meet you. I hope you have a beautiful day http://whimsicalwolfblog.com/
Hi Brandy, thanks for stopping by and watching the sunrise! I visited your blog, it’s great! It’s also exciting to hear about your Cherokee heritage. Cherokee, NC is my hubby’s and my favorite get away. So much history! I’m following your blog so I can learn more about you and your stories. Thanks for visiting mine.
Love your pictures, beautiful colours! The beach is always so gorgeous this time of the year. I’ve actually planned a little walk on the beach myself for today.
For living at the beach, we hardly visit it. I think hubby and I need to take a few extra minutes before work and watch the sunrise, such beauty. Thanks for watching our sunrise Nena.
Great photos! I envy you for living near a beach. Here in Dallas, TX we have a lot of country fields, big buildings and fast cars in the city. Your beautiful pics make me loan to spend more time at the beach!
If I had turned around and taken pictures, all you would have seen would be high rise condos J. Shan’Trice! We live in a tourist area and it’s so over populated but early in the morning, we have the beach mostly to ourselves except for a few others that enjoy watching God’s beauty rise. Thanks for watching our sunrise!
Wow, looks amazing. My first thought was that you added some kind of filter to the pictures but I can see that that was not the case. Thanks for sharing these beautiful images 🙂
Thanks Neil, no filters, just God’s beauty. I actually have a Canon 35mm DSL with a variety of lenses but I love the photos from my Galaxy. Glad you enjoyed the morning on the beach with the sunrise. 🙂
What a beautiful view! I’m jealous that you live so close to the beach that you can stop by on the way to work. I would love to see that view in person!
We have lived here full time since 1994 and this is the first we’ve gone to the beach in the morning. It was well worth the delay at getting to work. (A perk of owning our own business. LOL) I told hubby we need to do this more often, it’s a great way to start our day. Thanks for visiting with us Tricia!
