Stop and Smell the Roses for Wordless Wednesday
I love walking around our back yard early morning and look at all of hubby’s beautiful rose and taking photographs of them. My hubby also picks me a rose every morning they are in bloom and has it on my computer when I come downstairs. Make sure to slow down and take time to stop and smell the roses for Wordless Wednesday!
I hope you enjoyed the rose garden tour along with the gladiolus I threw in! All these flowers were taken with my Google Pixel 2 XL and no edited done.
Your roses are stunningly beautiful, Martha!! And such clear pictures, too. It is good to stop and smell the roses. How neat that you can do that in your own backyard.
I love all flowers Jeanine but Rich’s roses are exquisite! Thanks of taking time to stop and smell our roses!
We both enjoy trying to make people happy
That’s our think Rich!! <3
These are absolutely gorgeous.
Thanks Roy, I wish you could smell them also, the smell as beautiful as the look.
Hi Martha.
I love the beautiful flowers.
It takes more than just a great camera to get pictures like this.
You have the skill of using the camera and seeing what to capture
and Rich has the skill in nurturing the beautiful plants.
Blog on!
Thanks Doug, I love photographing flowers because I can get so many different angles and closeups. I love when I take them early morning with the dew on them. Rich talks to them, I shot them!
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing. It elevated my spirit
Something about flowers and babies, the seem to lift the spirit of everyone. Glad it helped you Lillian.
Roses are one of my favorite flowers.
Mine too Amanda. When I walk through our yard early mornings and look at the roses, the song “I Come to the Garden Alone” always comes to mind.
I love roses, and they are beautiful in all of their stages.
I did a time lapse of a rose a few years ago Anna Maria. It was exciting watching it everyday for a little over a week to go from a bud to a bloom to the petals dropping off and making way for another new life.
Gorgeous pictures and thanks for sharing.
Thanks Barb, my hubby’s roses are my favorite flower to photograph.
