Spiritual Sunday
I got the idea for Spiritual Sunday photos after reading posts from Kebba’s Silly Saturday. When we take our weekend getaways to the mountains, there is no church but God is still with us. These are a few pictures I took throughout our travels showing me that He is with us no matter were we are.
We like to reflect our blessings on a quiet morning in the mountains surrounded by nature. A beautiful, peaceful Sunday can guide our week ahead.
Visiting Baby Jesus
This is Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic church after Christmas Eve Mass. It’s so beautiful with Jesus in the manger surrounded by Poinsettias.
Lia looks forward to vising baby Jesus after he his placed in the manger at the Mass on Christmas Eve. She went to church with us a few days later and took these two photos of the manager. She than asked to light a candle and prayed for everyone.
Whatever you Sunday plans are, may the sun warm your heart as you look forward to a beautiful week ahead.
Beautiful photos and I agree GOD is with us no, matter where we might be. I love walking through the neighborhood in the morning when its quite and seeing all he has created for us and speak to the LORD about my day and PRAYING for those I love and new friends I haven’t meet yet. Have a wonderful Sunday and a blessed week.
I do the same thing Glenda, walking around our back yard and looking at all the beauty God has brought us. I also love seeing Him and Angels in the clouds through sun streaks or rainbows. Have a blessed week!
