Space Saver Vacuum Storage Bags

 

Having limited storage space can be a problem when it comes to finding a way to pack away pillows, blankets and even change of season clothing. But I found the perfect solution with the space saver vacuum storage bags that turn bulky items into manageable, easy to store items. I ordered a package of six jumbo Space Saver Vacuum Storage Bags and I am so pleased with them.

Each bag is a large, heavy-duty 40″ by 30″ size with a full width zipper end plus it comes with a free hand pump.

 

After opening the bag flat and unzipping the fastener end,  I added my storage items up to the “stop line”. I like how easy it is to close the edge by sliding the zipper to make a perfect seal.  Once I sealed the bag, I opened the blue cap in the center top of the bag and placed the hand pump over the opening to vacuum out the air.  I like that it comes with the hand pump as I can store that right with the bags but by placing a vacuum hose of the opening also works.

It’s such a quick and easy process and after all the air is removed, I screwed on the cap for an air-tight seal.  These  SUPER SAVER VACUUM STORAGE BAGS are not only good for reducing the amount of storage needed but they also keep dirt and dust, mildew, creepy crawly insects and even odors out of my stored items.

Two fluffy pillows were about 7″ high and after “shrinking” them, it is now about half the size!  With six bags in the package, I can keep everything well-organized and to unpack them it’s super simple. I just unzip the edge and remove the items.  It’s great that the plastic is heavy-duty and can be reused over and over.  But if I don’t need to re-store items, I fold the bags up flat and they don’t take much storage space on a shelf.I am pleased with the quality and construction of the Space Saver bags plus I love how my closest is so much neater!
