Song of the Day 16
A song that is a classic favorite
The prompt for Song of the Day 16 is to name a song that is a classic favorite. According to Wikipedia, “A classic is an outstanding example of a particular style, something of lasting worth or with a timeless quality.” Others say it’s the age whether it be years, decades or centuries. I never thought about if a song was a classic or not, if I enjoyed listening to it, that’s all that mattered.
If I had to pick a classic Blowin’ In the Wind by Bob Dylan would be one of them. This song was written by Bob Dylan in 1962 and released as a single in 1963.
The answer, my friend, is blowin’ in the wind
The answer is blowin’ in the wind
In the refrain, it has be said that an answer to something is obvious or it is intangible as the wind. Either way, the song has a nice tune.

This song is from way back Amanda. The older songs bring back memories of when Rich and I were young!
