This set of four 12″ by 8″ food grade silicone cutting mats are the perfect size for small jobs instead of bringing out a large one that isn’t needed. They are self healing when cutting on them plus the cutting boards are easy to clean with soap and water.  I love the bright colors, a great addition to any kitchen.

I was cutting up fruit for a smoothie and once everything was ready, I bent the board and the fruit slide right into the blender. They are great when cutting up a variety of fruits or vegetables, you can use a different cutting board for each item and they bend to slide the food into your pan.

With the grid on each mat, it’s easy to slice to an exact size. I like that they are the perfect size for sandwices too. I sliced up a steak sandwich and it was just the right size.

Each cutting board has an opening in the corner so you can hang them up on a rack or even on your cupboard knob. They are also easy to just slide in the side of the cupboard until needed.  I recieved this product in exchange for my honest review and get so many compliments on the cutting mat from Perennial Essentials with the little icons in the corner of each.
