Reversible Dates

Do you ever think of the strangest things? They other day our 6th great grand baby was 3 months old, our 7th great grand baby will be 2 months old in a few weeks as well as our 5th great grand, she will be 9 months old on the same day. I was organizing all the grands and great grands birthdays and that’s when I noticed some of them will have reversible dates on their birthday!

What is a Reversible Date?

It’s a date when you take the month, day and year of a birthday (or any other event) and it will be the same if starting from the end. Our oldest daughter was married on 8/18/18. If you reverse the numbers, it’s the same order!

So I started checking some birthdays to find if any can be reversible and if so when will their reversible birthdays be. I missed mine in 2013 when I turned 54 but my hubby’s will be in 2037 on his 91st birthday!

Out of our seven grandchildren only two have a reversible birthday, Desi when she will be 35 and Zachary when he will be 29.

We have seven adorable great grandchildren but only three will have reversible birthdays. That will happen when Alek is 13, Lia when she’s 10 and Abel when he’s 4 years old.

I think the most special date I came up with is when Rich and I celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary on 7/29/27 and that date will be reversible too!

So next time you have nothing to do, see if you can come up with a wild and crazy idea for a blog topic! Do you have a reversible birthday or special event?

I started my blog on Christmas Day 2014 mainly to review products I received. Since then it has evolved into many other categories of lifestyles, family, money saving ideas, low cost, delicious and healthy meals plus other surprise posts. My granddaughter has her own category, Alex's Articles and the latest addition to my blog is my great granddaughter now has her category, Lia's Likings The Baby Blogger! Lia started blogger at 8 months old and she now has a Friday Story Time blog you won't want to miss! I welcome you to join the conversation, ask a question, give a suggestion or leave a comment on any blog post. I hope you enjoy Lia's Likings, she has some great posts that will make you smile!

this made me smile as I am always looking or finding these weird occurrences too – in dates, coincidences, events, etc.. but had not thought of using them for blog posts.. 🙂 and now will go hunt for reversible dates in my family

I glad it brought a smile Vidya. There are times when something just pops in my head, no rhyme or reason but it works for a blog topic! Let me know if you have any reversible dates in your family.
