Rapid S50 Stapler

One word for this Rapid S50 Stapler….. AWESOME!!!   In our work, we need a stapler that can handle a few sheets of paper up to a large volume, even including folders and cardboard.  The 5/16″ staples have longer ends plus they are extra sharp to go through my items.  The stapler is small and easy to handle but powerful.

When I use it for stapling papers,  I set it on the desk and the non-skid base keeps the stapler in place plus the non-skid bottom protects the desk.  This stapler can also open up flat to staple on presentation boards.

I just hold the base and pull up the handle including the staple compartment and it’s ready to use flat.  When finished, just flip the top over and push down so it’s ready for regular stapling.   By holding the channel that holds the staples and pulling up on the top, it’s easy to refill.

I took photos of a stack of papers including cardboard plus a folder and it works perfect. The edges crimped over and held tight.  I also used my regular stapler and the ends just barely went through the stack.

When stapling smaller amounts, I had no problem with that either.  I took two pieces of paper and stapled them together.  The staple also crimped tight on just the two pieces.  I ran my finger over the staple and it was smooth without any snagging.

A box of 5000  5/16″ staples were also included with the Rapid S50 Stapler which can also use the regular sized ones but I love the 5/16″ so I don’t have to worry about my pages not getting stapled together.

This stapler is perfect for my desk and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It’s also the perfect size to carry in my work bag when going on appointments and needing a stapler on the go.  I received this product in exchange for my honest review and I am very pleased with the quality and construction of this Rapid S50 stapler, the compact size but heavy duty stapling.

  1. Let me see the article once again. Does it offer more stapling speed?

The stapler doesn’t offer more speed but being able to go through thick bundles is a time saver because I don’t have to keep going back to re-staple. Looking forward to reading your A to Z Blogs! Heading over there now to follow your blog. Thanks for visiting my blog Prof. Narayana Rao!
