Pray for Israel
Hamas Attacks Israel on the 50th Anniversary of the October 1973 War. Early yesterday morning on the Jewish Sabbath and holiday, Israel was horrifically and unprovoked attacked by Hamas, a known terrorist organization. At least 200 people were killed and more than 1,000 others were wounded in the attack. By the time you read this I’m sure the totals will have changed.
I am saddened to see all the violence in the recent wars, first Ukraine and now Israel, who will be next?
I read that Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has designated yesterday and today as days of prayer for Israel. I’m joining in prayer for Israel with him and I hope you will too.

Thank you Martha for your love and support of Israel. – XO
I appreciate your concern and empathy for the recent events in Israel. It’s undoubtedly distressing to witness any form of violence, especially when it leads to the loss of innocent lives.
I am hoping for a quick resolution with no more lives killed. I can hope…
Thanks for sharing.
Yes Paul, we can hope. I’m sad about the entire world is going, even the United States has so many killings and protests. It’s sad to watch the news.
Martha, I am joining you in prayer for Israel. The brutality saddens me, and I don’t understand why these types of hate still occur. I pray for all humans to sense what another will feel before taking action. May the Lord use that sense to create the understanding of how nothing will improve for anyone with Hatred. Please grow all people’s awareness that Hatred condemns you to never having a sense of security or peace. Amen.
Amen Cindy! Thank you.
Thank you for this post. I am praying with you.
Thanks Barb.
Please don’t forget to pray for Palestine. And let’s pray for peace and the wisdom of diplomats to bring the violence to an end.
There is too much violence everyone Alice. The killings and shootings in the United States is even getting out of control.
Sadly, this part of the world never seems to settle down peacefully.
My brother lives in Israel with his family. Fortunately they are fine.
So glad your brother’s family is fine Tamara, it’s so sad how the world everywhere is changing.
Martha, I’m with you. Starting a war in this day and age is nuts.
Here I thought we were in a civilized world and then this happens Kebba. So sad how the world is turning out.
It’s a sad situation. My husband and I have been praying for them.
