I use my phone for job photos and that takes up so much battery life. When on the job site, if my battery drains, I have to plug it in to a wall outlet which sometimes is far away from what I need to take a picture of. I love how compact this Innogie portable external battery pack backup is and I can plug it in and still use my phone while charging. This comes with a USB cable but will also except the lightning cable if you have an Apple device.

When I first received the backup charger, I plugged it in to charge and there are blue lights that flash so you can tell how much more charge is needed. When the lights stop blinking and show steady blue, it is fully charged.

While charging my phone, the lights are steady but fade as the device reaches a full charge. I received this backup charger in exchange for my honest and unbiased review and it’s so compact to carry with me. I now will never worry about my battery draining and not have a way to charge it.
