Polyester Cluster Fiber
RevoloftTM Polyester Cluster Fiber – 5 LB. Bag
Polyester stuffing comes in a variety of qualities. They have craft quality, clump polyester and cluster polyester, to name a few. If using poly fiber for pillows, I like a soft but well packed pillow.
You can see the Revoloft fiber on the left is softer and less “clumpy” than the other variety from another company on the right.
The Revoloft polyester cluster fiber is like small individual poly pellets that are high quality of loft. The five pound box contains five smaller bags, each with weighing a pound.
Each bag is compacted with the polyester fiber until you open it. The fiber expands and there is enough in each bag to stuff two decorative pillows. I own an interior decorating business and always use polyester fiber in the pillows we fabricate and have seen so many with different qualities. The one thing I do when making pillows, is to make sure the stuffing goes tightly to the corners.
The Revoloft cluster Fiber is perfect for getting in the corners and staying there! No more whimpy corners when I use this fiber, the pillows look great and the body is so soft and comfortable. I received this product at a reduced cost in exchange for my honest review and I give it 10 stars for the quality and also for being made in the USA.

Hi Martha,
i am new to all of this. i am wanting to make a mattress topper that its very soft fluffy and use some form of polyester filling (not goose or feather) that does not flatten after lots of use and that will not clump after washing. would you recommend the Revoloft for this?
Hi Tania, If you are planning on making a mattress topper, I would suggest 1″ rolled batting, then stitch in squares to hold in place. The loose filling may not be the best for keeping the “fluff” after sleeping on it. Thanks for visiting my blog!
