Again I’m using the suggested prompt for day 9 of the Ultimate Blog Challenge. Today’s suggestion is to share a picture and tell about it. Well you know me, I have to go a step further so get ready for humourous picture story time.

Lia Going for the Snow Crabs

Lia loves crabmeat and she usually eats the artificial crabmeat in the little packages. We’ll on New Years Eve we took her to the local seafood market and she picked out her very own crab leg! She loved it and devoured it while pop was cracking it for her. This was her first time eating real crab! Watching Lia eat her crab leg reminded me of her mommy when she was about Lia’s age. We went to an all you can eat seafood restaurant and Alexandra inhaled so many crab legs that pop had a hard time keeping up with the cracking of them! This is Lia’s Friday Story Time about her New Years Eve crab legs. http://themarthareview.com/good-bye-to-2021-and-hello-to-2022/

Dinner in Indiana

We’ve been in Indiana since Wednesday to visit our grandson. Zac took us all out to dinner at Red Lobster. When it came to Lia deciding whether she wanted shrimp or crab, she had a hard time making up her mind because she loves them both. The delimma was solved, she ordered grilled shrimp and Zac ordered crab legs so she knew he would share them with her. What a great meal we all had but Lia was in crab heaven!

Leftovers for Late Night Snack

We put some of the crab meat and shrimp in a to go box for Lia thinking she would eat it the following day for lunch but about 10PM Lia wanted crab! Now we’re at a hotel and didn’t have a fork so she used the next best thing….a coffee stirrer! 🤣

Lia poked a piece of crab meat on both ends of the stirrer, took a look at and said it was a little barbell! LOL She popped the crab in her mouth and the rest is history.

Lia managed to devour all the leftovers then fell sound asleep with a full tummy!

I hope you enjoyed my humorous picture story time!

Who needs cake pops if you can have your diy crab skewers 😉
It’s fantastic how Lia grows up enjoying her food. So many young girls are headed towards eating disorders.

One thing about Lia, she will try just about anything! If she doesn’t like it she holds it in her mouth until she can figure out where to dispose of it Tamara! But I’m glad she likes trying new things, even though she has champagne taste on a beer pocket book! LOL
