We are uptight, not sure what is coming next or when it will end. Sometimes we just need a little Peace and Tranquility on Wordless Wednesday. These are some views of streams and rivers we have visited in the mountains. Sit back, close your eyes and listen to the video at the end.
I started my blog on Christmas Day 2014 mainly to review products I received. Since then it has evolved into many other categories of lifestyles, family, money saving ideas, low cost, delicious and healthy meals plus other surprise posts. My granddaughter has her own category, Alex's Articles and the latest addition to my blog is my great granddaughter now has her category, Lia's Likings The Baby Blogger! Lia started blogger at 8 months old and she now has a Friday Story Time blog you won't want to miss! I welcome you to join the conversation, ask a question, give a suggestion or leave a comment on any blog post. I hope you enjoy Lia's Likings, she has some great posts that will make you smile!
I thought it was the perfect subject for Wordless Wednesday Shrilekha. Maybe we need to reflect more and sometimes looking at relaxing photos does the trick.
A moment of tranquility I love it! I noticed the dog in the first image as well. And the bird in one of the images…..as a huge animal lover that put me into a perfect moment of tranquility! Thank You…..nature and animals calm me totally!
Looking at pictures of nature is the next best thing to being outside with them. I loved your flowers in your backyard, all are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing your beautiful nature.
Yummmmyyyy, I so needed this post today. While I have been enjoying many walks around my neighborhood I have been missing being in the wilds of nature. And all this water is such a soothing balm for spirit. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
That was my thought also Amrita. While the pictures won’t take away our worry and concern, I’m hoping they would give everyone a small amount of peace if only for a few minutes.
Just sitting on the bank is so relaxing Glenda! We haven’t been to the mountains in a while but looking forward to finding that peace and tranquility as soon as everything gets back to normal.
Wow…these pictures and your wordless Wednesday made me speechless. Beautiful reflections.

I kind of wish the video was a bit longer. *sigh* My shoulders aren’t quite as close to my ears now. Gorgeous pictures.
I’ll have to take a longer video next time we sneak away to the mountains Lillian. It’s like another world, so peaceful and tranquil.
I’m not quite sure the rushing water, cascading about the rocks, is the epitome of tranquility, Martha. Enjoyable- yes. Tranquil- no.
While it’s not quiet I still think it’s peaceful and makes me forget about troubled times….if only for a few minutes. Thanks for visiting Roy.
