A small project as simple as rearranging the kitchen counter can make it easier to get to the counter top appliances you have plus make it appear that you have more room. I rearranged my counter and it only took about 20 minutes for the new look. As usual it sometimes takes me a few tries to get the look I want. This is what my counter looked like a few months ago. WOW we are starting week 3 of the April Ultimate Blog Challenge! A recap of how I’m doing….. Week 1 of my mini blog series was CHALLENGES. I need to have goals to get things completed and when I turn my goals in a challenge it’s even more fun. Back in March 2019, Lia and I did an experiment. I cut the end of the cauliflower off and put it in a dish with water and within a few days it started growing leaves!. A month later it had grown even more. Lia had fun watchin it grow. We planted the baby cabbage plants in the garden in the fall of 2021.
