31 Day Ultimate Blog Challenge Stats I just completed the Ultimate Blog Challenge for January where I wrote one post per day and I must say I enjoyed it immensely. I not only wrote each day but I also met many great bloggers that I may not have ever found if not for the Ultimate Blog Challenge. Delicious Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake My Grandmother Would Make When I was in grade school, my grandmother would get breakfast ready for me and when my mom came home from work she would ask my grandmother why she gave me chocolate cake for breakfast. My grandmother smiled and told her there were eggs in it so no difference from that or eggs and chocolate milk. The cake grandma made was a delicious chocolate mayonnaise cake with a super fluffy white frosting, topped with coconut. Who wouldn’t love
