Mother’s Day is in a few weeks and hubby and I have been working on my Mom’s Memory Garden. Mom passed away on January 15, 2000 and we planted a garden with some of the flowers we received from her funeral. Over the years it became so overgrown with the Carolina Jasmine that was growing up the shed, the other flowers were drowning out. So we decided to give her garden a face lift for Mother’s Day. Everything was removed except the beautiful Azalea which started as a tiny bush

This is how I save money on my salmon meal deals, I wait for a sale then stock up. Fresh Market had Alaskan Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon on sale for $9.99 per pound which is a great price for our area. I went down this past Thursday and they only had 2 filets left so I grabbed them both. The total came to $14.65 but I was able to make 5 meals out of them. I cut them into individual meal sizes and freeze so I can take out one

The spiral hams were $1.58 per pound and the regular ham that wasn’t already sliced was 68 cents per pound. I didn’t even need a calculator to figure how much I would save if I didn’t get the spiral cut ham. The ham I picked out was about 12 pounds and cost just over $8.00 compared to the

No words are needed when posting beautiful roses for Wordless Wednesday. All photographs were taken from rose bushes in our yard and using my Google Pixel 2 phone. Great Grand Papa left a rose on my tray this morning just like he does for Mama. He is so special and I love him so much.
