You guessed it, today is Wordless Wednesday Shore Birds day! There is nothing more delicious than fresh picked vegetables from garden to tummy! With hot weather over 100 degrees and 18 days without rain, our garden isn’t growing as quickly as in the past. But they other day, I picked a pepper, 2 summer squash and the tiny bit of leftover leaf lettuce. Since our eggplant needs a bit longer growing time, we stopped at our local North Myrtle Beach Farmer’s Market and picked up an eggplant along with a few other yummy vegetables.
