Twelve days before my great granddaughter’s birthday I wrote a blog a day for Lia’s Twelve Day Countdown. Each blog were highlights from her 1st month to her 12th month. It was exciting to go back through the pictures and see all Lia’s milestones! My plan is to make a book out of each blog and give it to Lia when she turns 18 years old. Ready for a Wordless Wednesday Treat? A few weeks ago my granddaughter who writes Alex’s Articles made the most delicious creation from corn tortillas. It was a cross between Native American Frybread and Sopapilla from Spanish heritage. Here are her step by step pictorial instructions for this delicious fried pastry. I took these photographs the day after Hurricane Dorian left the Myrtle Beach area a few weeks ago. Come walk the beach on Wordless Wednesday with me.
