This is a blog about stairway safety. After Rich had a mishap on the stairs, our granddaughter added stairway lights to the edge of the stairs. Early morning one day last week, Rich was walking downstairs, lost his footing and fell. Our granddaughter went into action and came up with a way to light up the stairway. We had a string of stick-on lights that are for under cabinets but Alexandra turned them into stairway lighting. She removed the adhesive backing and pressed the lights onto the stair molding! They
