New Sprayer with the Magic of Vinegar

There are many ways to fix or repair things around your home without having to buy new.  I’m always looking for those ways.

This was the water sprayer on our kitchen sink when it was clogged.             You don’t need to rush out and buy a new sprayer if your old one has mineral deposits on the sprayer head.

I soaked the sprayer in white vinegar for about 5 minutes, took a tooth brush over the sprayer openings and it’s good as new.

Our 16 year old sprayer is good as new now.                                                               When I finish cleaning with the vinegar, I dump it in your sink disposal to clean the blades.  A very inexpensive way to get a new sprayer!

White vinegar has so many uses, watch for more tips!

Yes it is Andria! I remember my grandmother rinsing my hair with it when I was young. I like your natural products and vinegar is so versatile. Thanks for popping in!

I use vinegar for so many things but I was really excited when I saw how it “de-gunked” my sprayer! Thanks for visiting Savvy Age!

I heard vinegar is a natural way to kill weeds. I tried it. It didn’t work. The weed survived. So, two days later, I pulled it.

Weeds are tough to kill Sandy. I have used 1 gallon of vinegar, 2 cups of epsom salt and 1/2 cup of blue dawn as a weed killer. The epsom salt is for killing the roots. I’ll have to make up a batch and do a blog with photos on this. Thanks for stopping by.
