National Scribble Day

Did you know today is National Scribble Day? How cool that this is also Friday Story Time by Lia day! I still can’t visit with my friends because we need to be protected from the coronavirus. So until I can get back to visiting and run around with others, I’m keeping busy with fun things to do.

I love to paint and color but painting is my favorite. I usually paint with a brush but today I used my finger! I started out by putting my craft shirt one and GGmama helped me squeeze paint on a paper plate so I could start making my masterpieces.

Look at the pretty paint colors, the purple and pink are my favorite! I stick my finger in the paint and the make a scribble on the paper!

I decided to try using more than one finger, I got all my fingers in the paint! Once I started swirling the paint around, it made new colors!

Look at my hand now!! I have it covered in paint and I even made handprints on the paper! Good thing mommy isn’t at GGmama’s, she would probably have a heart attack seeing my hands full of paint!

You guessed it, I ended up cover BOTH hands with paint! I had so much fun painting my scribbles!

Just look what a little soap and water does, it magically took all the paint of my hands! They are good as new mommy!

It’s so much fun having my own table for my craft and painting projects. Look at the mess my Step 2 table is! But no worry, the paint washed right off the table, just like it did on my hands. I had such a fun time painting my scribbles for National Scribble Day!

While I was waiting for my scribbles to dry, I had another fun time.

After I cleaned up all the paint GGmama and I went outside. Look at all the hearts I drew in the driveway to share with everyone. Since I can’t visit my friends I’m sharing my heart with them.

I hope you all had as much fun as I did today and I’m counting the days for when I can play with my friends again.
