National Pet Day

Today is Friday Story Time by Lia, it is National Pet Day and it’s also close to Snowball’s birthday! He will be 4 years old on Tuesday, April 15th.

Pop, ma and me went to look at him and his brother on July 14, 2021. Ma’s friend was going to take one and I was taking the other. She told me to pick which one I wanted so as I was looking at them both Snowball looked at me and I knew I wanted him. On the way home I came up with the name Snowball because he was so fluffy and looked like a snow ball. I was almost three years old when we got Snowball and he was three months old.

Snowball loved to ride in my bicycle basket and give me kisses.

He also loved to chase after bubbles in the backyard with me and bring his toys to ma and me for us to throw so he could ran after them. He loves going to Lowes and riding in the cart, everyone comes up to him and says how cute he is. He also loves to run around the block, we both get lots of exercise!

Snowball loves to cuddle and gives kisses when he’s happy and when I’m sad we just hug each other.

The night before mommy and I left for Indiana I think Snowball knew I was leaving, he jumped up on my lap and we just hugged. That night I slept in ma’s bed and Snowball slept right next to me. Ma said he’s being good and when she comes up to visit next month, she will bring Snowball with her so he can play with Max, Zac’s dog.
