National Homemade Cookie Day!
Today is National Homemade Cookie Day and this is Lia’s story about the cookies she made!
Lia’s Unicorn White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Hi everyone, did you know today it National Homemade Cookie Day? Mama and I actually made these delicious cookies yesterday so they would be ready to eat today!
The recipe is just the basic chocolate chip cookie recipe on the chip package but we used all granulated sugar instead of half brown sugar. After we mixed the dough, mama divided it in two sections. One was for Unicorn white chocolate chips and the other was for chocolate chips.
Mommy found the Unicorn chips one day while shopping and thought I would like them so she surprised me and bought them. I measured out the chips but since I never had them before of course I had to do a taste test. Oh yes, they passed the test!
The Unicorn chips were pink and blue and so pretty! Look how yummy my cookies look both before baking and after!
It was time to try my cookies and they were delicious! I’m not sure if I like the white chips or chocolate chips better!
Did you bake cookies for National Homemade Cookie Day? What kind did you make or what kind is your favorite?
I’ll be sharing lots more stories so keep watching for the excitement and thank you for visiting today!
