My Earning Sites Record Keeping
MY EARNING SITES RECORD KEEPING
Many people earn with online earning sites and have different ways to keep track of their earnings. Some use the computer spreadsheets, others use notebooks or record keeping books. Since I like to have it handy at all times, I like to keep everything in a record keeping book. I found an “At-A-Glance 2016” book at Office Depot and it has everything I need. I like it because it has both a weekly calendar and a monthly calendar page as well.
First I like the spiral binding so it will lay flat when opened to any page. That’s one of the reasons I decided on this particular one.
The other nice thing are the monthly tabs. Sometimes I’m in a new month but need to go back to a previous month to check off a payment when it comes in. It makes it easy to just flip to the tab and the monthly calendar is right there.
The weekly calendar has a week at a glance going across the book so when it’s opened, I can see the full week. This is the section were I write my daily points earned on each site. I code the site so each line is for the same site on all the pages. This is a good way to see each earning site at a glance and see how much you are earning daily.
One of my sites, Swag Bucks, they have daily goals to meet. I write down my total accumulated points, points for the day and also the number of bonus points earned. If I’ve made second goal, I put a number 2 in a circle so I can keep track of goals also. This is from my 2015 book so you can see how I enter it.
When I receive a payment, I write that on the monthly page under the date cashed out. I mark it as either Paypal or Gift Card and when payment is in Paypal or Gift Card has been printed up, I check it off so I know it has been received.
At the end of the book, there is a section for contacts and I figured that would be perfect to write the information on each site as a quick guide or if anyone needs a referral. After the contacts page, there are a few more lined pages for notes. I can jot down any information that I may need to keep and have it right at my finger tips.
So now that the new year is here, I’m all set to keep all my earnings in order. Plus I had a $10.00 off coupon!
I really want to read this, but there are so many ads jumping in to cover the text as I read this in IE I can’t read more than a few sentences. I’m using a Windows 7 Desktop. Free to delete this. Just thought you’d want to know.
Hi Barbara, I just checked and I didn’t see any ads popping up. This is a paid site and there shouldn’t be ads. Can you try in either Google Chrome or FireFox? Thanks for trying to view it.
Thanks for sharing. Having a calendar is a must for me.
It sure makes it easier to keep track of things Toni. Thanks for visiting!
I have a notebook I keep track of everything from earning to topics to use as ideas for my blogs. Yours looks really neat and put together.
I started out with a notebook but I found myself using it for a variety of things other than my earnings. I like this record keeping book because it shows a week at a time plus has blank pages in the back for notes. Every year I get a bit more organized! Thanks for visiting Sandy!
