Mouth Watering Pork Chops

Are you ready for a recipe for mouth watering pork chops? I have NEVER had a more juicier and delicious pork chop than these that I cooked in the air fryer.

This is a dinner I prepared for two people, my hubby and me. I started with four gold potatoes but ended up only cutting up three, half an onion, and three pork chops.

I cut the onion and potatoes (I like to leave the skin on the potatoes) in bite sized pieces and sauteed the onion in butter. Next I threw in the potatoes and let them cook, covered on medium heat while I prepared the pork chops. You can almost taste them from the picture!

As usual I didn’t follow the recipe for marinade because I always change it to my liking. I took 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of worchestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of water and a tablespoon of lemon juice. After I mixed all the ingredients together, I dipped each pork chop in it, flipping to get both sides covered. I put the three chops in the baking pan that came with my air fryer then drizzled the left over marinade over the top of the chops.

I cooked them for 7 minutes at 400 degrees then turned them over and continuing to cook for another 8 minutes. After the first 7 minutes, the chops were so “puffy” and I could tell they were going to be extra juicy. I pulled the air fryer basket out and WOW!!! They were browned to perfection, super juicy and so tender!

To complete the dinner I made candied carrots. These are so easy, I start with crinkle cut frozen carrots, microwave a few minutes and take part out for hubby. (He’s not big on the extra fixin’s I use) Then I add brown sugar and a slice of butter to the rest and microwave it for another minute until the buter and brown sugar are melted. SO DELICIOUS!!

The pork chops were perfectly browned, tender, juicy and the best EVER!!! The candied carrots and fried potatoes completed this delicious meal and I’m really loving my new GoWise Air Fryer!
