Lia’s Twelve Day Countdown – Day 5
The month between Lia’s 4th and 5th month birthday had so many changes and milestones! Her weight stayed about the same but she grew in length! I like how her mommy used this chevron patterned Minky for her monthly photos so you can see how she has grown! Lia’s twelve day countdown – day 5 is so exciting!
Lia started eating cereal and fruit shortly after her she was four months old. There is nothing that she wouldn’t try and now loves all foods.
Since she can sit up now, she loves playing with toys that make noise and music. It didn’t take Lia long to figure out how to turn the switches on and push the music buttons.
“I heard I’m going to see GG mama and papa today!” I love how big Lia’s eyes are in the picture. This is what Lia would say if she was talking! As soon as she sees a camera or phone pointed at her, she is a ham!
One of Lia’s favorite movies when she was 4 – 5 months old was Finding Nemo. As soon as Lia saw Nemo and heard the music, she would get so excited and start to dance! This is a video of her dancing to the music. I don’t own the rights to this song, it’s from the movie on TV.
Not even five months old yet and Lia is standing supported. This picture looks like she is telling GG papa she will help him up so they can go for a walk.
When Lia started teething, you mommy got teething gloves thinking Lia would chew on them to help the gum pain. It didn’t work, she didn’t want anything to do with them and managed to figure out how to get them off!
After I took the picture of Lia with GG papa, I came across one I had taken when her mommy was about the same age. Both are attached to papa.
Lia still has her infectious smile and happy disposition and she is advancing so much day by day. Check out day 4 of Lia’s Twelve Day Countdown if you missed it. http://themarthareview.com/lias-twelve-day-countdown-day-4/
Love the pic comparison between her and I 😂❤️
Lia is definitely your little clone Alex!
I loved it when my kids danced when they heard music on the TV or the radio. So cute.
Thanks for the share.
I”m glad Lia’s posts are bringing back memories for you Roy. They do grow up so fast!
Another cute post. I am learning so much about babies. I was born early, and I took longer to do things. I really am enjoying this series.
Babies do things at there own time and when some may take a bit longer, they all seem to catch up a few years down the road Amanda. I’ve always thought Lia come out of the womb ready to learn. LOL
i remember all these pics from the first time you posted them and i can watch any number of times..
I’m going to try to print each countdown day and turn them into a book for Lia when she’s 18. Not sure how yet, but hopefully I figure it out Vidya.
Interesting, very cool to log the days on your blog.. Really good idea.
I’m going to try to print them out into a book for when Lia turns 18. Thanks for visiting Calvin.
