The custom ordering process is as smooth and simple as possible. There are four steps to their process which I have taken from their website:

1. Proposal: After you contact us we will assess your project requirements and calculate the cost and lead time of designing and building your furniture. 30% of the invoice amount is due at the start of the project.
2. Design: Working with you, we create the concept sketches and drafted drawings (if required) and revise them until we have your vision down on paper. Finishes and upholstery choices are finalized during this stage.
3. Production: Once approved, we meticulously translate our drawings into a final, physical product. Each one of our works is carefully crafted by the hands of skilled cabinetmakers with years, often decades, of experience.
4. Delivery: We’ll notify you once your project is completed. It is then transported from our factory to our distribution warehouse where we will package your order for shipment by either freight or white glove delivery. The final 70% of the invoice amount is due at this time, prior to shipping.
