L is for Love and Loving
L is for Love and Loving
For the A to Z Blog Challenge it wasn’t hard to come up with L is for Love and Loving. We can love so many different things, whether it be people, animals, or any other object.
I love all the beautiful flowers we have growing in the garden. My hubby has a green thumb and I love to watch as they go from bud to bloom. Our azaleas are so beautiful in full bloom this time of year and all our roses are budding out, ready to bloom.
I also love to watch the birds in our back yard. The bluebirds are my favorite but we have many others visiting our feeders daily. I love how I was able to capture a photo of this blue jay coming in for a landing in our garden .
My hubby is the love of my life, we met on a blind date in December 1965 and married in July 1967. When our flowers are in bloom, he has one on the table for me every morning. We have two daughters, seven grand children, 3 great grand children with another on the way in October! So much love in one family.
Our oldest grandson and his wonderful girl friend did a very loving thing a few weeks ago. They drove about 5 hours to visit his great grandmother. But they don’t go empty handed, they stopped at a restaurant and ordered an Italian dinner and salad to add to the surprise. My mother in law had no idea they were coming up so when she opened the door, she was greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a delicious dinner. She will turn 99 years old in September and the love that CJ and Achelle brought to her made her entire year special. Both are such carrying people and the love they have is overflowing.
There are so many things that I love and these are just the tip of an iceberg for the letter ‘L’ in the A to Z April Blog Challenge The challenge is to write a blog starting with the first letter of the alphabet on day one and continue through the month every day except Sunday. For the previous letter, I wrote about K is for Kitchen where I re-organized my kitchen. Please share your blog link in comments if you are taking part in this challenge, I’d love to read yours!
Another great blog challenge is the Ultimate Blog Challenge . The challenge is to write a blog a day for the month of April and so far I’ve completed it every day.
