Inching Along on Wordless Wednesday
Lia’s new love is bugs and caterpillars!! She will see the tiniest bug or worm and run and find a leaf to pick it up with if she can’t get it with her fingers. Her latest “friend” is an inch worm and he was just inching along on Wordless Wednesday.
I hope you enjoyed Lia’s fascination with her little inch worm which is actually a caterpillar. I thought the title, Inching Along on Wordless Wednesday was as cool as Lia’s inch worm!
She is braver than me! I am not a fan of anything that crawls and inches along! LOL
She looks like she is having a great time!
You and me both Dominique! You should she her catch frogs and toads! LOL
What concentration!! What respect for all life!!
Lia is so inquisitive about nature and always very careful when she picks up her little bug and worm friends Kate.
Hi Martha and Lia, great pictures of Lia’s new friend. It looks like an inch worm so I think the title fits perfectly. Very clever and creative post. Thank you for sharing.
Sending lots of love and gratitude,
Jaime
I never know what Lia will come up with next Jaime! She is the highlight of everyday for us.
I absolutely love how zen I feel when I look at these photos. First of all, Lia is adorable and the look on her face says it all. This kid lives life to the fullest whether it is cooking or gardening or just observing nature. How lucky you are to have her in your life.
Lia is definitely one of a kind Elisa. She turns everyday into an adventure whether doing an inside project or out. She is our little ray of Sunshine and smiles.
And, on the day that Eric Carle (Very Hungry Caterpillar) died!
WOW that I didn’t realize Roy. Thanks for visiting.
Isn’t it just wonderful watching the fascination and rapt attention children give to “simple” things? May Lia never lose her curiosity and passion to learn about new and different things.
It amazes me when Lia studies everything she sees Florence. I’m so hoping her curiosity only expands has she grows.
I love the sweet innocence of the posts you create with your girl. Beautiful.
Thanks Jeri. My intent is to print all Lia’s blogs and turn them into a book for her when she turns 18 years old.
Omg! I haven’t seen an inchworm since I was small! Thanks, Martha and Lia!
Leave it to Lia to find the tiniest critter Kebba! LOL She is so into nature.
Love these pics; While I cannot say worms fascinate me, my daughter was (and is ) fascinated by roly polies
I use to love the roly polies when I was young Vidya be we don’t even have them here.
What a cute blog post.
Thanks Amanda!
