I Made Delicious Pizza
You guessed it, it’s Friday Story Time by Lia and look at my exciting cooking project! I made delicious pizza for a little get together I had with my friend Carlos and his mom and a few other friends, it was so easy to make.
Ma got two pizza crusts at an Italian bakery so that’s were I got my idea to have pizza for our party!
One pizza I used spaghetti sauce and spooned it around the crust. I carefully sprinkled mozzarella cheese over the sauce. I love cheese so I may have gotten carried away with the amount of cheese I used!
The next pizza I used Alfredo sauce on the crust, carefully spreading that around the round pizza crust. This one was really cheesy! First I layered slices of Provolone cheese over the sauce then I sprinkled the mozzarella over that.
Look at my Alfredo cheese pizza, it’s loaded with cheese! It’s time to have Ma help me put the pizzas in the oven and bake them for 15 minutes.
I’m so excited, I made delicious pizza all by myself! Does this look good? I had to let it cool a bit before we cut it in pieces but once it was ready to eat I was ready to try it. YUMMMM, it was delicious! Since some of Ma’s friends are on healthy eating diets, she came up with the idea to made cauliflower crust next time and make the alfredo cheese pizza with that.
Look at these yummy cauliflower cheesy breadsticks and they were a big hit to everyone who tried them when Ma made this recipe a few years ago for the first time. So I think the pizza with cauliflower crust would be delicious also! http://themarthareview.com/cauliflower-cheesy-breadsticks/
If you want an easy way to make Quick Crescent Rolls Pizza, check out the pizza Ma made in this blog from four years ago. It’s dough, sauce, cheese, pepperoni, more cheese and topped with crumbled bacon! I wasn’t even born yet so I should give these a try!
So you have lots of recipes for Friday Story Time by Lia… I made delicious pizza, Ma made easy Crescent Rolls pizza and she made cauliflower bread sticks that are just like pizza! Try them, hopefully you’ll like them!
A, here we go! LOL How cute is she? The pizzas look great. I am pausing on the cauliflower crust though — when I tried it, I could tell it was cauliflower. Can I tell there is cauliflower in your crust?
Lia is very helpful — maybe she can light a fire under my teens… LOL
Well I love cauliflower so the taste doesn’t bother me Dominique. I made the cauliflower cheesy breadsticks and they were so good! I think Lia is one of a kind when it comes to helping in everything!
Wow, I love them all. Homemade pizza is the best. I bet they were all yummy!
They were both delicious Brenda but I liked the alfredo one the best!
YUM. Lia inspired me to have pizza for lunch, but didn’t have time to make it myself. I did go to a place like Blaze, Mod, or Pieology. Thanks for the lunch idea, lol
Hope you enjoyed your pizza Samantha! Lia had such a fun time making her pizzas.
Totally delish indeed, Lia…. Now I want some pizza too…. 🙂 all that cheese on it can only make it yummier…
Lia says thank you Vidya, she enjoys cooking so much. On pizza, the cheesier the better!
Hi Lia, what an incredible meal you prepared, I like how you made two different kinds of cheese pizzas and even added a couple other pizza ideas from previous posts. My favorite is the super cheesy one with the white sauce. I was doing the Keto Lifestyle and tried making the cauliflower crust pizza before and that tasted great. However, making the cauliflower crust was a long and difficult process with pulling apart the pieces, boiling, straining, cooling, wrapping in a towel to drain even more water, roll flat, precook, and then add the toppings to cook. I’m hungry now and craving pizza! Thank you for sharing so many delicious ideas.
Sending lots of love and gratitude,
Jaime
My favorite was the cheesy one too Jaime. I didn’t do all that when I made my cauliflower crust. All I did to rice is was put in my mini food processor. I freeze cauliflower in ziplock bags and use a cup or two at a time. Next time Lia and I make cauliflower crust I’ll let you know!
I love all of these ideas for pizza – and you don’t need anything fancy for these creations. And Lia is just absolutely adorable. She is getting so big!
Thanks Elisa, Lia’s pizzas were delicious and made a big hit with the guests. I don’t know where the almost 3 years went, but she has learned so much and continues having fun while learning.
You are quite the cook, Lia! I wish that I lived closer to you so that I could taste test all of your culinary delights! That pizza looked scrumptious! Have a fun weekend!
Lia says thanks Alice. She loves trying new recipes, maybe someday she will be a chef!
Yummy! This looks delicious and I love your smile!!
We make homemade pizza almost every Saturday. I will have to try the cauliflower crust (maybe 😉) next time!
Lia says, thank you Renee. Her smile always comes with whatever she is doing.
