Home Depot Kid’s Workshop Bookends
Today is Wordless Wednesday and Lia loves doing wood working projects. Today she is sharing a photo story of her building the Home Depot Kid’s Workshop Bookends. Notice her hammer? That was my grandfather’s when I was about Lia’s age and I’m so glad I held on to it to pass on down to Lia!
This Home Depot Kid’s Workshop Bookends was a fun project like all the other monthly ones. Lia has fun but is learning at the same time such as following directions, matching the pieces together and nailing them with the big hammer. After she added the stickers to the school bus and made sure no adjustments were needed she painted the bookends green! I’m so glad she enjoys participating in them. Yes it’s Wordless Wednesday but you didn’t think I could go without words did you!!??
Lia did a great job!!! She really focuses on her task, and her bookends are gorgous. I really enjoyed this photo essay. Thank you, Martha and Lia!
Thanks for visiting Lia making her bookends Alice. She is so focused on everything she does.
Lia how awesome is that….I can use some bookends too…. hmm, maybe I can make some bookends of my own!
Lia says thank you Pamela! I’m sure you can make a set and use dogs instead of a school bus!
What a fun project, Lia.
Lia says thank you Amanda! She loves doing projects.
