Here and There for Friday Story Time by Lia

Hi everyone, it’s Lia again and today my blog is here and there for Friday Story Time by Lia. I’m sharing some Christmas, some Snowball and a surprise.

Christmas

I have so many toys that I don’t even play with so Christmas wasn’t about toys and things that won’t be used after a few weeks. Mommy called it more like experiences. I received about ten different “gift cards” that mommy made showing what it was for and how much it was worth.

I got one for Big Air, a fun indoor place with lots of different things to climb, crawl, walk on round bars and all kinds of jumping into foam pits excitement. I also got one for a hair and nail day! I can get my nails done and my hair washed, cut and styled, I’m excited about that one. Another one was for XBox live to chat with an XBox person (mommy knows them) and my favorite is a $200 shopping spree! Since I’m growing so fast, this will be fun to go shopping for new clothes. There were so many more so I will have lots of special experiences.

One of my favorite animals is an Axolotl, have you heard of them? Axolotls are amphibians and on the endangered list. They are born without legs but grow them, they don’t have eye lids so their eyes are open all the time and they live in the water. Aren’t the so cute? Photo credit: WWF

Ma got me an Axolotl for Christmas! Well not a real one but I now have my own adopted Axolotl from World Wildlife. I have an adoption certificate, a picture and information sheet about them plus I get updates on any new information about my Axolotl. I also received a stuffed Axolotl and a little gift bag to keep him in. I love learning and reading about different animals and water creatures.

I also like Pokemon and my aunt gave me this huge Pokemon blanket, it’s so fuzzy and warm.

Snowball

It’s been so cold out and with Ma’s hurt neck and arm she hasn’t been able to take Snowball for his daily walks as much. When I was over the other day Snowball took me for a walk! LOL He is such a fast runner but we both like it outdoors.

The other day we took a drive and Snowball went with us. He loves riding in the car and gets sad if he has to stay home.

Surprise

So at the beginning of my blog I said there was a surprise. While we were driving, I made this note for mommy with Ma’s phone, I like sending mommy little notes. Now for the surprise, Ma and Snowball dropped mommy and me off at the airport and we’re in Indiana visiting my uncle Zac again! I had to write my blog early because we left Tuesday and will be back next Tuesday. I love being with Zac and helping him with the cars in his shop. I’ll fill you in on my trip next time!

But look what we found in Indiana…. snow!
