HAPPY 4th of JULY

HAPPY 4th of JULY

Today is day 4 of the Ultimate Blog Challenge plus it’s Wordless Wednesday.  I’m going to add the two together for my blog, adding a few pictures with words plus wish everyone a HAPPY 4th of JULY!!

Also anyone using fireworks today, remember to use caution when lighting them off.  A few years ago a worker helping with the fireworks show at the Cherry Grove Pier in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina was injured along with a portion of the pier being damaged when a large fireworks shell prematurely exploded.  This happened about six minutes into the show and the event ended.  Firework accidents can happen even with an experienced person and he was lucky to only have minor injuries but it may have turned out different if it was someone without the proper knowledge of fireworks.  Sometimes fireworks go off unexpectedly due to a malfunction shell, it’s not always “human” error but the results can be devastating.   Fireworks can be dangerous and unpredictable.

Enjoy your HAPPY 4th of JULY but be careful!!

Wishing you a happy 4th of July!

I have a double citizenship Swedish/American but being born and raized here I feel more European than anything else.

I worry about children when they are unsupervised while around fireworks Richa. It’s so easy for something that is to be fun and exciting to turn sour. Thanks for stopping by.
