Hamburger Press

I love to made hamburgers but I don’t like to shape the beef into patties with my hands. With this E-Prance hamburger press, it is so easy to make perfect burgers, complete with the grilling marks even if making them in a frying pan on the stove.  You can see the grill marks on both the top and bottom of the press.

The press is heavy-duty alloy aluminum and the handle screws on to the top. This is great for storage, just unscrew it and store in the press base.  It doesn’t take up hardly any space.

I started with a large meatball sized piece of beef and put it in the center of the press. Put the top part of the press on and push down until the beef has filled up the press.

I was worried that the patty might not come out easy but I was proved wrong.  With the non-stick coating, I turned the press upside down and removed the bottom section. The burger was ready to throw in the frying pan without any problems.

I loved how even through cooking the “grill” marks stayed. The press is easy to wash and dry.  Whether you are cooking inside, outside on the grill, or going on a picnic or camping trip, the E-Prance Hamburger Press will be something you will want where ever you make your burgers.

The E-Prance Hamburger Press makes burgers so quick and easy and you can even add herbs, cheese, or bacon bits to the mix before making the patties.
