Green Earth Pan

Green Earth Pan

I have so many frying pans that say “non-stick”. Well, that’s not exactly true since I don’t know how many have burnt food while I’m cooking. I was offered to try the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri and what an amazing pan this is!

I have so many frying pans that say “non-stick”. Well, that’s not exactly true since I don’t know how many have burnt food while I’m cooking. I was offered to try the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri and what an amazing pan this is!  There are so many quality features, the first one the GERBLON ceramic coating from Germany.  This pan is made of heavy-gauge, dye-cast aluminum and there are no harmful metals or chemicals plus it has a durable scratch-resistant ceramic coating along with a super non-stick finish.  Another thing about the ceramic coating, it is eco-friendly which does not emit harmful fumes.  The Earth Pan has a textured cooking bottom which creates air pockets to help distribute the heat under the food.  It also prevents the food from sticking to the bottom due to the elevated texture.

Even cleaning is a breeze, after cooking I add a few drops of detergent and water, wipe with a sponge and it’s sparkly clean, no scrubbing is needed and I’ve cooked a variety of food: pork chops, rice and eggs. You can see from the pan after removing the rice, nothing stuck on the pan!

Comfort is another thing, the thick padded silicone handle comfortable to hold.  Okay, the cooking is complete, the pan is washed and ready to put away.  But no worry about the bottom getting scratched from stacking a smaller fry pan on top of it.

This pan comes with a felt liner that is cut out to even go up the side of the pan!  How cool is that!! I am so pleased with the quality, the construction, the way it cooks perfectly and the overall looks of this 12″ Ozeri Green Earth Fry Pan.

I haven’t perfected videos yet, but I’m trying!  This shows how easy the eggs slide right out of the pan. I had to be careful that they didn’t slide into the sink what holding pan in one hand and video recording with the other!
