Fun with Uncle Zac in Indiana

It’s another Friday Story Time by Lia! Wait, it’s not Friday, it’s only Wednesday! I’m helping mama with the Cornerstone Content Blog Challenge and the topic is to share user experiences, this is my experience in Indiana so I couldn’t wait until Friday! I’m so excited to share my Chapter three of my trip to Indiana! Wait until you see what I did while visiting my Uncle Zac with mommy! If you remember Chapter one, it was the Road Trip with Mama and Papa going on a long drive to Indiana where mommy was waiting for me! Chapter two was my birthday party in Indiana and what fun that was! Here is Chapter two if you missed it and it has a link to Chapter one! http://themarthareview.com/lias-birthday-party-in-indiana/

Chapter Three

After mama and papa headed back home, mommy and I had almost two more weeks to visit with Uncle Zac and some of mommy’s friends. We did lots of hiking! There were so many trails that Zac took us on and we all had a fun time walking and walking and walking some more! But look who else came with us…my shadow!!

After one of our hikes my little legs get tired so Uncle Zac picked me up and put me on his shoulders! That’s the fun thing about being little, I can ride on shoulders when I get tired! Plus I got to see a lot more things being up this high.

Look at these shadows! Mommy took this picture of us while on one of the trails Zac took us on. I like seeing mommy, Zac and my shadows!

One of our trips was to a big arcade near Zac’s house. There were so many games and mommy told me she played Donkey Kong when she was little! It was fun playing games on big machines!

Do I look cool or what? We went on a picnic with a friend that mommy went to school with when she lived in Indiana. Sara and her little baby were at my birthday party and we visited with them a few times when I was in Indiana.

This was my favorite part of my visit, we went to the Indianapolis Children’s Museum and it was so interesting! Mommy told me these were dinosaurs a long, long time ago. Now they just have their bones left.

Uncle Zac and I looked through a big window where there was water behind it. There were things in the water that came for big ships and Zac showed me what they were.

Look at the BIG statue! Do you know what it’s made from? It’s all glass and I like the pretty colors.

Before we left the museum, mommy, Uncle Zac and I took a picture of all of us so I can remember the fun time we had at the Children’s Museum.

It was soon time to board the airplane, after we took off, I looked out the window and saw all the clouds. We were way up high in the sky!

It didn’t take long for me to fall asleep on mommy’s lap while taking our plane ride home. I had to wake up very early to get to the airport so I needed my beauty sleep.

My airplane trip back home was over and look who was at the airport waiting for mommy and me! I had a fun trip from the long drive up with mama and papa, my Indiana birthday party and all the hiking, the museum and playing with Max and Uncle Zac! But mama and papa were so happy to see me again! I hope you enjoyed my stories about my trip, mommy and I sure had fun visiting with Uncle Zac in Indiana!

I am so glad she had a good time with her Uncle Zac. Doesn’t he have a little one as well? In the meantime her next trip should be to Fort Worth.
