From Bud to Bloom
From Bud To Bloom
The Ultimate Blog Challenge for January has passed the half-way point of the month. Gosh the first fifteen days seemed to go back quickly. Some of the blogs I wrote, I used the suggested topic while others I used my own ideas. Today I’m going with the suggested topic again because I love taking photos! The challenge for today is to post a picture and see how many like, shares, and comments it will get. Wouldn’t it be cool if it would go viral! Can you help by sharing my From Bud to Bloom photo? Thanks!
My hubby grows the most beautiful roses so of course that will be my photo. Wait, did I say a photo? I can’t just post one so here is the same rose at different stages, both covered with dew.
From Bud to Bloom

Thanks LadyInRead, I love photographing flowers but roses are my favorite also. Thanks for stopping by.

Thanks Alice, I love watching to stages of a rose! Thanks for sharing also.
Beautiful flower. I can’t wait til spring to grow more flowers.
Ours were doing good until we had frost a few weeks ago. Hubby trimmed them all down the other day and now I’ll be watching to new buds. Spring can’t come soon enough. Thanks for stopping by Sandy.
Wow how beautiful. I need to do this with a rose too….
I’d love to see your roses Kim! They are my favorite flower! Thanks for stopping by.
The bud photo with the dew is lovely – pinned it. You have some pretty heavy dew there!
Thanks Alana! I love checking the roses early morning when the dew is on them. It also makes me start singing “I Come to the Garden Alone, While the Dew is Still on the Roses”. That was one of my mom’s favorite songs. Thanks for stopping by.
Thanks Alana! I love checking the roses in the early morning when covered with dew. Thanks for the pin!
Gorgeous! That last one has such intense “veining” (I don’t know how else to describe it)…stunning!
That one is my favorite of all favorites Cindy! I have so many photographs I’ve taken of our roses, I’m making some into note cards and give as gifts to my grandchildren. Thanks for the compliments and stopping by.
