This toy train set comes with enough track to make a figure 8 or an oval layout. There are lots of accessories that come with it like a mountain, bridge trestles, trees and signs plus a windmill. All the pieces are individually packaged to keep them neat in the package.

The windmill takes AA batteries, not included, and whistles plus makes train sounds by pushing the lever on the left side. The train has an engine that holds a AA battery, not included, plus three additional cars. Constructing the track is definitely something that an adult would have to help a young child with.

After clicking the base together, the track pieces are then clicked together and set in the center of the base.

The train goes fairly well around the track but occasionally on the corners, needs a little help. It states that this is not suitable for children under 3 on the box but in the write up it states 24 months and up. If using for a small child, I suggest keeping a close eye on them as some of the pieces are quite small. I received this Techege Train set in exchange for my honest review and while it needs help now and then keeping the engine on the track, it’s a cute train that kiddos will have fun playing with.
