Delicious Peanut Butter Fudge
Years ago when I was young (very young), my friend’s mother made the most delicious peanut butter fudge. She would hand it out for Halloween and everyone made her house the first stop! She also made it for the church bazaars we had and again, it was a sell out so people had to get there early. I loved Mrs. Robinson’s fudge and every time I would have peanut butter fudge, I would think of her and how delicious her peanut butter fudge was. Fast forward years later and I received a recipe from my sister. This was from her late husband’s mother and it is so close to Mrs. Robinson’s!
There are only 5 ingredients:
1 Stick of Butter
1 cup Evaporated Milk
5 cups of Sugar (yes, FIVE cups!! LOL)
1 jar Peanut Butter (2 cups)
1 jar Marshmallow Creme (7 oz. jar)
Mix the butter in a large, heavy saucepan. Add the evaporated milk and sugar. Bring to a boil on high, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium and cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Stir until blended well and begins to thicken.
Poor into buttered 9″ x 13″ pan. I use the wrapper from the butter I added to the recipe to rub over the pan. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Cut into large chunks and eat yourself sick! Of course if you can stop yourself from devouring all the fudge, it’s great to add to gift cookie platters.
I get impatient so since this takes so long to cool, I do have a way to have some delicious peanut butter fudge right away. As soon as I’ve safely stored the pan of fudge in the refrigerator, the left over in the bowl and on the spoon is cool enough to eat!
Let me know if you make this delicious peanut butter fudge and how you like it!

This recipe is so easy Savvy Age. But I must warn you, if you make it, you can go into sugar overload if you eat too much! LOL Even me, loving sweets, can’t eat too much at one sitting. Thanks for stopping by.
