Delicious Arby’s Fish Sandwich

Delicious Arby’s Fish Sandwich

I have been doing product reviews for a few years and enjoy trying something out and giving my opinions to help others who might be interested in learning more about the product.  But my delicious Arby’s fish sandwich didn’t actually start out as a product review, I actually wasn’t even planning on getting fish, but they way I ended up with it was good enough to write a review on it.

The other day we stopped at our favorite local Arby’s for my favorite sandwich, their Reuben, I love the soft marbled bread, the shaved corned beef topped with a pile of sauerkraut, melted swiss cheese and dressing. I would rate their Reuben’s number one in my book.  But what does this have to do with the delicious Arby’s fish sandwich you ask? Well, the day we stopped at Arby’s, I ordered the Reuben with curly fries and hubby ordered the regular roast beef sandwich. As the order taker handed us the bag, he asked if I like fish.  Now, me being the type to always love a deal figured something was up.  I had never had their fish sandwich but told him I like fish but their Reuben’s are the best.  He then asked if I would like a fish sandwich since they had just made one up but the customer changed their mind.

If I didn’t take the fish sandwich, the poor thing would have ended up in the trash!   Now I can’t have that happen, so I politely told the order taker I would take the fish and let him know how I liked it.

I was amazed at the size of the fish filet! Most fast food fish sandwiches are little square pieces with half a piece of cheese plopped on a hamburger sized bun.  But the Arby’s fish sandwich was a huge piece of delicious, juicy fish with mayo and shredded lettuce. Even the bun from the Arby’s fish sandwich was a large sesame topped bun.

So as for getting a surprise fish sandwich from Arby’s, I was very pleased with the size of the fish, the way it was assembled and I would now rate the delicious Arby’s fish sandwich right up with their Reuben sandwich.

We frequent our local Arby’s often and I like when we walk in they are always cheerful, friendly and recognize us.  I love that kind of service.

Aw, I know how you feel about them closing down. Just when we find something great, the store closes! Maybe you can find you in your travels some day.
