I have had many back packs and bags and this MERU Crossbody Sling Bag is by for the best ever!  It’s versatile, has lots of storage room, very well constructed, high quality and comes in a variety of colors.

First, it is made from durable cotton canvas and each compartment is fully lined. There are no raw seams, they are all covered with double sided webbing, another reason I love this bag so much.

I like the four heavy duty nylon zippers with the easy to pull metal heads on the pockets.  Nylon zippers are good because the don’t rust and they are easy to zip and unzip.

It’s a very classy looking bag with the adjustable shoulder strap constructed with four nylon ropes.  The buckle that adjusts the strap is heavy duty with sturdy webbing.  The back section of the bag is padded so it’s great for storing a table plus it’s very comfortable when using the bag.

I like how the MERU name is stitched on the back.  The bag measures about 18″ by 11 1/2″ and can expand in the width so you have room for many items.

Now for storage, there is lots of room in the two large pockets, even enough for carrying your exercise clothing if going to the gym or you tablet if going to work.

The large front pocket even has a mesh water bottle holder with metal grommets to keep moisture out of the pocket.   Also inside the large pocket is another zippered pocket that is where I carry my eye glass case.  It’s also a good place to carry your wallet so when you open the main pocket, your wallet is securely zipped and out of sight.

What I like most about the storage is there are so many different sized pockets and all are individually zipped.  The small front bottom pocket is perfect for my Galaxy S5 phone and the top pocket holds my portable charger.  There is even a smaller pocket in front of this one with velcro closure that I use for the USB cable.

MERU thought of everything with this bag, they even included a key clip on a cord hidden inside this small pocket to attach your keys to. Everything can be securely attached or zipped away without any chance of having things fall out when you open a pocket.

When I throw the sling over my shoulder, even if the bag is full, it’s very comfortable with the ergonomic design.

Did I mention all the cool colors?  I choose the pink bag but it also comes in a variety of other bright colors.   This teardrop, cross body sling bag by MERU is amazing, the quality and construction are superb and it makes a great fashion statement!  This bag would be a great gift for any age.  I received this bag in exchange for my honest and unbiased review and all opinions are my own and I honestly say this bag is tops for me.
