Congratulations Ultimate Blog Challenge Members
It seems like I was just writing my first post for the October Ultimate Blog Challenge and now I’m writing the last one of the month! I have not only written a blog every day but also enjoyed reading the many blogs from both new and old challenge members. Each have their own style of writing, their own topic ideas and their own way of promoting their blog. I would like to say
CONGRATULATIONS ULTIMATE BLOG CHALLENGE MEMBERS on a job well done! But even if everyday life got in the way and you weren’t able to write everyday, you still have to be proud of your accomplishments!
I’d also like to thank the hosts of the challenge, Paul Taubman and Dani Ackerman for all the planning, the emails with daily blog suggestions and for the free webinars that Paul hosts. Of course if it wasn’t for all the participants in the challenge who view, comment and share my blog, I wouldn’t be anywhere near where I am in my stats. So a HUGE thank you to all my friends that have taken the time to view and comment on my blog! I have enjoyed reading, commenting and sharing all of yours as much as I have enjoyed writing my blogs.
I like to check out my monthly stats when the challenge is over to see the difference in traffic from a non challenge month. This month I had 2880 views. As you can see on the graph, October 29th was a huge jump in views. I checked out what made that my best ever views of 398 and it was from a post I wrote about a Free Laptop Offer.
I wrote my blog about this as a reminder those that were going to give their email, password, drivers license and many other personal types of information out to make sure they realize these items could get in the wrong hands and cause problems. I also wrote a few other “chapters” to this post as I received information from some of the unsuspecting people who fell for the offer. The only reason I can think why this post surfaced again and got so many views is because of the updates I have added plus they shared it to their pages and it’s like a domino effect. Since I first posted this blog in April, I have received 2660 views. For each “chapter” added, I also put links in the original blog http://themarthareview.com/dont-fall-for-free-laptop-offer/ and that also gave me more views when the readers would click on the other links.
This graph shows the entire 2017 year and it’s no surprise the Ultimate Blog Challenge months are way above the others. That’s because of all the great bloggers that have helped my stats soar with their views! My total views for January were 2878, April – 3253, July – 2739 and October ended so far with 2880.
For those who are just reading about the challenge, it’s where you wrote a blog a day for the months of January, April, July, and October. It’s so exciting when I see return bloggers in the challenge and also bloggers that are just joining in the fun. Even though the next challenge isn’t until January, it’s not too early to start thinking about joining in on the fun! So in 90 days, I’ll be back at the next Ultimate Blog Challenge! Head on over to

Thanks Lily! My goal until January is to write at least one if not two blogs per week. Gotta keep in practice!
I ended up not seeing it through again.
Though if the odd remain in my favor something may have happened to let me get my own hosted wp site so…knock on wood that January sees me at my own .com with more inspiration and motivation.
Well you gave it your best shot Nona. So excited to hear you have you hosted WP blog! You’ll be all set for the January challenge!
