Color of the Day is Brown

Today the color of the day is Brown. Now for me this is a no brainer! Hubby and I are always working in the yard and planting new things in the gardens. So of course brown has to be the garden soil! This is the new garden that Rich is tilling up.

This was the start of our vegetable garden last year, gotta get the green weeds out of the brown soil.

Even Lia had to get down and dirty in the dirt. Last year she wiggled her toes in the brown dirt, this year she filled her hands and fingernails with it!

A brown fence! The top picture is our over 25 year old fence that is a washed out brown. Hubby stained it an Autumn Brown and it looks beautiful!

Look what else is brown!! A delicious pan of brownies is great to top off a chocolate (which is brown) milkshake! Of course you gotta add the whipped topping and a cherry!

So from soil to a stained fence with brownies on the side for color of the day is brown works for me!
