    I’m a customer of choicehome warranty Thursday morning at 2:00am me and my husband was awakened by a loud noise that was outside my husband went outside and seen that it was the central air unit and that the fan blade had broke I called Choice Home Warranty later that morning to do a claim so someone could come out and fix the situation with it being that hot I had my phone on me at all times so they would get in contact live in Texas the temperature was 3 digits weather was over a hundred and one degrees we did not get anyone out that Thursday but someone did come out Friday the person that came out told my husband that he was going to let the company know what was needed to be ordered to fix the Centra air unit I was not able to get anything done Friday and when Saturday came when I call the company I was told they’re still waiting on a decision they would know something around 12 01 that afternoon so you know I called back answer I got was so disturbing I was told that they was not going to fix it because it was negligence not regular wear and tear we have had this unit ever since we’ve been in this house which was 2001 we have Services coming out checking and servicing the unit my husband is sickly and so am I so I was trying to tell them we need this fixed I was crying and I want to know what did we do to make it break we have it serviced but it’s people that sit in the office that used to say what gets done and what does not get done and I only say that it couldn’t have been no more than they didn’t want to fix it because it was too much money for them I’m in Texas it’s not a cool site right now so I told him we got to get this fixed we cannot keep living like this we are sick and it’s making us sicker trying to stay in this hot house I was told I took disputed I could have someone else come out and look at it and they would reimburse my money if we got it fixed lies the wind up getting it fixed that’s Saturday night the man had to get a new fan and fan motor which was $437 money from a bill. But had to get it fixed the company tells us that getting Choice warranty is to help fix on appliances air condition units when it breaks but that was not the case I was told because I did not wait till Monday to get approval to have someone else come out they could not reimburse me we was supposed to wait Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday and what time Monday I don’t know before we could even see about getting it fixed I feel that they should pay us our money because at least we don’t have a suit on them for maybe passing out from a heat stroke or even worse this company is not right
