Chocolate Raspberry Creamer
The other day I shared my top smoothie recipes and one of the ingredients I use is chocolate/raspberry creamer. I had quite a few people inquire as to what that is. So today I’m sharing my secret with you. I use it in so many different ways!
Last year my granddaughter saw the chocolate/raspberry coffee creamer and since she knew I loved raspberry she surprised me with a bottle. Now I don’t drink coffee but I use this so many different ways! I add a splash to milk, both chocolate or white, for a delightful taste.
This smoothie has pineapple and banana blended together. I added coconut, a few spoons of homemade strawberry/chocolate jam from my FB friend Penny, a splash of raspberry/white chocolate creamer and topped it off with whipped cream and cherries! It was so good and Lia loved it too!
After I cook my instant oatmeal, I drizzle some of the creamer over the top of my oatmeal! It just adds a hint of raspberry and it’s so good!
Recipes that call for milk, you can add a small amount if you want a slight taste of raspberry. Next time you make a milkshake, add a splash to the blender!
There are only 35 calories in a tablespoon but I don’t even use that much in my recipes, just add a splash to give your recipe a unique taste. It also has no cholesterol and only 5g or carbs. It doesn’t have any protein and 1.5g total fat. I mean we have to splurge every now and then, don’t we?
If you like raspberry, this chocolate/raspberry creamer has just the hint of flavor that you need. Put it in cake mix, cookie mix, oatmeal, smoothies, milkshakes and anything else you want to experiment on! It’s delicious, go try it and let me know what you think.
35 calories per teaspoon! I was considering using it, but that would be a real issue for me.
It’s 35 calories per tablespoon Roy so your safe! Thanks for stopping by.
Wow, Martha! I’ve been wondering where you found that creamer or who made it! I don’t think they sell that flavor in my region, but I will keep an eye out for it. Thanks for the great ideas! Oo! I bet it would be lovely swirled into the top of vanilla pudding or rice pudding?
Oh yes, rice pudding or any flavor! It has so many uses than just coffee Kebba!
Don’t you love when you can find multiple uses for one product?
I’ll have to look out for that or something similar! Sounds like a tasty combination!
