Busy Working

July is almost over and this is my last Friday Story Time by Lia for the month. I had a busy month in Indiana and South Carolina. I’m back in Indiana now busy working but will be making one more trip to South Carolina next Tuesday for a few weeks then back home to start school.

This week I was working with Uncle Zac at his detail shop while mommy was working. When I first moved here, I helped Zac by pushing the water out of the garage after washing the cars. Now I’m helping him steam clean the seats and he showed me how to use the pressure washer to wash the outside of the cars and trucks. I like helping him in his shop and Max even comes with us.

Zac also keeps his bikes at the shop and he takes me for rides around the parking lot. Maybe someday I’ll be riding one by myself! But for now I’m working on riding my bike without training wheels.

This is the fun part of working. When mommy gets home and Zac and I are done at his shop, we go to The Pink Walrus ice cream shop! Oh and I lost another top tooth and my big girl teeth are finally coming in.

Monday was both Zac and Max’s birthday so we went out to eat then when we got home mommy had a cake with candles that you can’t blow out. Zac had never seen them and every time he blew the candles out, they light up again. It was so funny watching him trying to blow them out.

Zac can get silly at times and he was climbing the wall when we got home. I tried but I kept sliding down. Mommy put a pillow on the floor while I practiced a few times and I made it to the top! I just had to crawl up like a crab. LOL

I’ve had fun going back and forth from Indiana to South Carolina and looking forward to seeing ma and Snowball next Tuesday again for a few weeks. I’m hoping to have a few of my old school friends come over for early birthday cake. I also had fun with my Friday Story Time by Lia blogs and I’m sure I’ll have lots to write about in October.
