Blueberry Cheerios
Do I have some exciting news for you all. I finally started picking up my finger foods and popping them in my mouth! This happened at the right time because I will be having my one year old birthday party in a few weeks and I heard I get an entire little cake to eat all by myself! But that’s not what this blog is about, it’s about the Blueberry Cheerios that I tested.
Ever since my teeth started coming in I’ve been having some delicious snacks and cheerios cereal is one of my favorites. Well the other day they had cereal on sale for 99 cents a box and GG mama stocked up on cheerios for me! But instead of just getting the regular ones, she got a box of Honey Nut and also Blueberry ones! I had tried the Honey Nut ones already and they are so yummy but I didn’t try the Blueberry until today.
GG mama put a few on my tray and I’m so glad I learned to pick up my food because the Blueberry Cheerios were so good I couldn’t stop eating them. I even caught mama trying them and she said they would be good for breakfast with milk. I think that might be my breakfast tomorrow morning. Now that I have 6 teeth, I can even bite the cereal while I’m snacking.
I try to be careful when I eat and not spill any. If you listen real close, you can hear my crunching on the cheerios with my front teeth! They are so good!
Now I don’t have to wait for someone to feed me snacks! I will have to wait until I grow bigger to get them out of the cupboard by myself but if the box of Blueberry Cheerios is left in arms reach I’m set!
So now that I’m becoming a big girl and eating my food by myself, I started using a plate too. But this isn’t just any plate, it’s the plate my mommy used when she was my age. Talk about my GG mama saving everything!
Well that’s all from Lia the Baby Blogger today, but don’t worry, I’ll be back soon with more exciting news, reviews and my birthday update! Thanks for stopping by!
I remember when my kids were teeny and Cheerios were the ‘go to’ snack. Congratulations, Lia- you are on your way to growing up.
I think Cheerios have been the “go to” snack for many little ones Roy! Now that Lia is into finger food, Cheerios are great to store in a small container when we go out.
Love this review! Lia is so adorable, and I am delighted to hear that she has discovered a new love. I think all these new Cheerios flavor choices are neat.
I’m even loving them Jeanine! There is just enough flavor to give it a bit of “healthy” sweetness. Lia loves them especially now that she can pick them up and eat on her own.
I loved how you wrote this from your granddaughter’s perspective. I love blueberries too, Lia. 🙂
Thank you Amanda, I’m having fun “helping” Lia write her blogs! I can almost sense what she is thinking as she picks them up and puts them into her mouth!
