Blowing Bubbles
Do you like blowing bubbles? GGmama found a fun project for blowing bubbles! It’s perfect for my Friday Story Time by Lia blog.
All you need is a plastic bottle, mama used a water bottle then she cut the bottom off and pulled a sock over the open bottom. Simple project that a grown-up has to do but the next part is when I took over.
I helped mama put some dish soap in a bowl of water and then dipped the sock that is attached to the bottle in the water.
Take a deep breath and blow it out into the bottle and watch the bubbles appear! It was so much fun!!
I like these bubbles better than the kind with a little wand because these come out in big puffy bunches of bubbles that last so I can play with them. When they float around the air or drop on the grass, I can pick them up!
It was so much fun watching the bubbles float out of the bottle. Are you ready for blowing bubbles? Hope you enjoyed my Friday Storytime by Lia! I’ll see you next week for another exciting story!
That’s so cute! I remember how much fun I used to have blowing bubbles. Thanks, Lia, for a great storytime.
We had so much fun making and blowing bubbles Jeanine! I think I’m reverting to my childhood days again. It’s so much fun doing projects with Lia!
What a good grandma you are, Martha! And Lia is such a sweet heart.
I have so much fun doing projects with Lia, Lily! She is so excited and willing to learn everything she does!
I recall using home made bubble blowers as a kid too.. endless hours of this…
Adorable Lia as always
Home made projects are so much more fun than going to the store and purchasing them Vidya! Lia loves her bubbly bottle!
I love bubbles and so does my dog. 🙂
Bubbles are so much fun and easy to make. It must be fun watching your dog with the bubbles Amanda!
Storytime looks like so much fun!!! I have bubbles, too, but I’ve got to wait until it gets a little warmer. I’m not sure about the combination of bubbles and a May snowfall. 🙂
Lia (and I) are having so much fun with her storytime Alice! OMG, you still have snow falling? Hopefully it will bring the May flowers!
