This is an awesome flashlight and even though it’s small and compact, it offers so much brightness when needed and it’s heavy duty.

I like that it comes with a rechargeable battery and charger, plus as a backup if needed it runs on 3 – AAA batteries (not included). Just slip the 3 batteries in the battery holder and drop it in the shaft of the flashlight. This comes in very handy while charging the rechargeable battery so you will also have the flashlight ready when needed. When the battery is charging in the wall charger, a red light glows so you know it’s being charged. After completion, the outlet prongs fold up on the charger, making it easy to store.

The flashlight is only about 6″ long but it sure is bright. With the 700 lumens, by pulling the top part of the flashlight shaft, it goes from a wide angle floodlight, a focused spotlight, plus a variety of beams in between. With a push of the bottom on the end of the flashlight, you have five different modes. High, medium and low works great for viewing plus there is a strobe and SOS mode for emergencies.

The LEDNut flashlight even comes with a bike bracket to turn the flashlight into a headlight. I like this for safety, when your bike ride is done, just slip the flashlight out of the bracket to carry with you. The housing is heavy duty aluminum with waterproof seals and it even has a strap that I use to hang up when not in use. I have seen similar flashlights that sell for way more but this one is reasonably priced, excellent quality, and good to have for an emergency. The LEDNut flashlight would be a great gift for anyone whether a hiker, camper, bike rider or even for a loved one to carry in their bag. I received this product in exchange for my honest review but wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it at the regular price.
