At the Waterway for Wordless Wednesday
Last week my sweetie and I broke the door down and went for a drive. First time since the stay at home order from our granddaughter! We drove to a quiet little park a few miles from our house and had a wonderful stroll across the wooden walkways through and over the marsh to get to the Intercoastal Waterway. What a serene view and no other humans. These are a few of the breathtaking photographs I took using my Google Pixel XL2 phone. Sit back, relax and I hope you get the feeling of being in a secluded spot at the Waterway for Wordless Wednesday.
Do you see a heart in the tree roots?
It was such a beautiful walk over the marsh and through a small island where there was a cluster of wishing trees next to the shore of the Intercoastal Waterway. Quiet, serene, beautiful and peaceful all wrapped in one. I hope you got the same feeling!
Terrific story and terrific day
It’s like a little piece of heaven Rich. We need to go back soon!
Oh Martha, I can’t tell you how much I love when people post things like this. We are all stuck inside and sharing nature walks gives everyone a view of your nature. Thank-you so much
I’m so glad it brought you smiles Brenda. That’s why I like to share Rich’s roses and our gardens, simple beauty to help forget we are stuck inside. I’ll keep posting them for you! Hugs!
Those pictures look amazing. 🙂
Thanks Amanda, it was like a little piece of heaven when we explored our new found get-away. Thanks for walking with us!
